As pastors in the Salina District we covenant to: Practice the Ephesians 4:15 lifestyle of “speaking the truth in love” to one another. Genuinely listen, respect our differences, be non-judgmental and practice confidentiality. Abide by Rule #6: “Don’t take yourself so seriously!” Encourage and care for one another. Pray for one another, our district superintendent and our Salina District during our regular devotional times. Practice inclusivity as we develop unity as sisters and brothers in Christ. Celebrate each other’s ministries as we strive to work cooperatively and put competition aside. Make our district gatherings a priority and make an honest effort to attend.
